Privacy Policy

Housing Network collects and uses enquiry information to respond to project enquiries and maintain its first-party enquiry record.

Information collected through an enquiry

When you submit an enquiry, Housing Network collects the information entered in the form: name, phone number, optional email address, selected project and configuration interest, and the consent record. Housing Network also records technical and attribution information associated with the enquiry, including the landing path, referrer, discovery context, UTM parameters and gclid where present. The form is designed not to place name, phone number, email address or lead reference in the thank-you URL or analytics events.

How enquiry information is used and stored

Housing Network stores the authoritative enquiry record itself. Where failure recovery is needed, Housing Network may keep a server-side recovery copy of an enquiry so that a record can be reconciled after an operational failure.

If operational email notifications are enabled, enquiry details may be sent to approved Housing Network operational recipients for enquiry follow-up. Housing Network does not currently deliver enquiries to an external CRM or downstream sales system. If that behaviour materially changes, Housing Network will review its privacy and consent treatment before enabling it.

Browser storage and analytics

The public enquiry path does not set a cookie. The site may keep a technical first-touch attribution value in browser session storage for the current tab. No production analytics identifier is configured in this repository. If analytics is enabled later, name, phone number, email address and lead reference will not be sent in analytics events.

Retention and privacy contact

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, maintain appropriate records, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. A fixed retention schedule is not yet published.
