Who is Ashtech Group?

Ashtech Group's own project brochure states that the group was founded in 1992 and has more than 30 years of industrial experience, across fly ash supply and processing, fly ash bricks and AAC blocks, ready-mix concrete, logistics, pre-engineered buildings, power and infrastructure projects. That history is industrial: the same brochure states that the group entered group-housing real estate in 2025.

The brochure also states that Ashtech Presidential Towers is built by Ashtech Group, with safety, quality and planning checks by TQ Cert, and that the project is financed by Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited.

Ashtech Group is the brand on the project's marketing material. The promoter registered with UP-RERA for the project is Ashtech Industries Private Limited, and the official project website is published under that company's name. The brand and the registered company are not treated as interchangeable here: a buyer's agreement runs with the registered promoter, shown in the table below.
